Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

At TechXyte, we maintain a strict NO REFUND policy. Once payment is made for any of our training programs or services, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Important: By enrolling and making payment for our courses, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We encourage all prospective students to carefully review course details, curriculum, and terms before making payment.

2. All Programs - No Refund

This no-refund policy applies to all TechXyte programs including but not limited to:

  • Career Launcher Program - No refunds once payment is made
  • Career Switch Program - No refunds once payment is made
  • Guaranteed Job Program - No refunds once payment is made
  • Job Readiness Accelerator - No refunds once payment is made
  • Enterprise Training Programs - No refunds once payment is made
  • Spring Security Training - No refunds once payment is made
  • Legacy System Modernization - No refunds once payment is made
  • Custom Training Programs - No refunds once payment is made

3. Enterprise Training - No Refund

Enterprise training programs are also subject to our no-refund policy:

  • Corporate Upskilling: No refunds once contract is signed and payment is made
  • Spring Security Training: No refunds regardless of completion status
  • Legacy Modernization: No refunds irrespective of project milestones
  • Custom Programs: No refunds as specified in individual agreements

Enterprise clients should understand that all payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Job Guarantee Programs - No Refund

Even for programs with job placement assistance, our no-refund policy remains in effect:

  • No refunds will be provided regardless of job placement outcomes
  • Students are responsible for their own career advancement and job search
  • While we provide placement assistance, employment outcomes cannot be guaranteed
  • Payment is final once made, irrespective of placement results

Note: Job placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis, but does not entitle students to refunds.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Services

All items and services are non-refundable, including:

  • Registration and processing fees
  • Course fees (full or partial)
  • Course materials and resources
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions
  • Certification fees
  • Third-party service fees (payment gateway charges)
  • All completed and incomplete courses
  • Services terminated due to violation of terms

6. Payment Terms

Important payment considerations:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • Students must carefully review course details before payment
  • Free trial or demo sessions may be available for certain courses
  • Payment constitutes acceptance of our no-refund policy
  • Partial payments do not entitle students to partial refunds

Recommendation: We strongly advise prospective students to attend free demo sessions and thoroughly understand course content before enrollment.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Our no-refund policy applies even in exceptional circumstances including:

  • Medical Emergency: No refunds for illness or medical conditions
  • Technical Issues: No refunds for technical problems or access issues
  • Course Modifications: No refunds if course content is updated or modified
  • Personal Circumstances: No refunds for personal, financial, or professional changes
  • Dissatisfaction: No refunds based on course satisfaction or expectations

We understand that circumstances may change, but our policy remains firm and non-negotiable.

8. Installment Payment - No Refund

For courses paid through installment plans:

  • All installments are non-refundable once paid
  • Remaining installments must be paid as per agreed schedule
  • No cancellation of future installments after enrollment
  • Processing fees for installment plans are non-refundable
  • Failure to pay installments may result in course access suspension

9. Course Access and Completion

Regarding course access and completion:

  • Students are responsible for completing courses within specified timeframes
  • No refunds for incomplete courses
  • Course access may have time limitations as specified
  • Extensions may be available for additional fees (non-refundable)
  • Students must utilize provided resources and support

We provide comprehensive support to help students succeed, but course completion responsibility lies with the student.
